First United Church is located at 347 Richmond Road, just west of Churchill (and almost directly across the street from Mountain Equipment Co-op).
By Public Transit: Our Church, near the northwest corner of Richmond Road and Churchill Avenue has bus service to the door and is close to the Transitway.
Buses: From downtown, take the Number 2 bus with the label “Bayshore” or the Number 18 bus, labeled “Britiannia.” You can also pick up the Number 2 “Bayshore” bus at the Westboro Transitway station. These buses stop at our church doors on Richmond Road.
Transitway: You can reach our church from either of two Transitway stations. From the Westboro Station, you can pick up the Number 2 “Bayshore” bus, which will stop at our church doors. Or you can take a five-minute walk from the Westboro station. Walk west on Scott Street, then turn left on Churchill Avenue and walk south until you reach Richmond Road. Turn right. There we are!
From the Dominion Transitway station, walk south to Richmond Road. The church is a half block to the east.
By Vehicle: We are just west of Churchill Avenue on the north side of Richmond Road.
From downtown: Scott Street is an excellent road to take from the downtown area.
From Highway 417 west: Exit at Carling Avenue and go west along Carling to Churchill Avenue and turn right. Follow Churchill until you get to Richmond Road. For the best parking continue on Churchill and turn left at the first street, Madison Avenue.
From Highway 417 east: Exit at Maitland and go north to Carling Avenue. Turn right and go east to Churchill Avenue. Then turn left onto Churchill and follow Churchill until you get to Richmond Road. For best parking, continue on Churchill and turn left at the first street, Madison Avenue.
